Gloria Arroyo has ordered her Department of Justice puppet Acting Justice Secretary Alberto Agra to drop the charges against two of her Ampatuan election cheating machineries and pet monsters responsible for the November 2009 massacre of 57 people, including 31 media workers, in Maguindanao.

The "open secret" among the party mates of Gloria and Mike Arroyo is now finally out in public. Gibo Teodoro quit as Lakas Party Chair following his discovery that Mike Arroyo and his allies are supporting Villar and Teodoro does not believe that Gloria knows nothing about it. Obviously, Teodoro had to cite a different reason for stepping down as Lakas Party Chair.
The secret deal between Villar and the Arroyos is for the Arroyos to fund Villar's campaign (using public funds that the Filipinos, especially the OFWs, had worked so hard for) in exchange for Arroyo's protection from prosecutions/investigations (regarding all the irregularities under her administration) if Villar wins. The evil conspiracy that is Villarroyo is further evidenced by the on-going defection of Lakas Party key members to Villar's camp.
