Villar's sidekick Gilbert Remulla is confirmed to have visited Arroyo's election-cheating machinery and Maguindanao massacre monsters patriach Ampatuan Sr. to seal the devil deal - Villar to free Ampatuan monsters in exchage for a win in the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). Villar's wife, Cynthia Villar, is also reportedly seen visiting the massacre monsters patriach Ampatuan Sr. on April 9, 2010.
